What types of cleaning services do you offer?

We offer residential and commercial cleaning services, including standard, deep cleaning,move-in/move-out, post-construction, and customized service plans. Just tell us what you need-we’ll takecare of the rest!

How do I book a cleaning appointment?

You can book directly through our website, give us a call, or send an email. We’ll confirm availability and get you scheduled quickly.

What are your service hours?

Residential:

– Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

– Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM (by appointment)

Commercial:

– Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM

– After-hours: By request

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards, stripe, bank transfers, and other digital payment methods. Payment is due

upon completion of service unless prearranged

What's your cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee.

– Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% charge

– No access on arrival: 100% charge

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No, as long as we have access instructions (keypad, lockbox, etc.), you don’t need to be home. Many of our clients prefer to return to a freshly cleaned space!

Will you accept packages or mail while I'm away?

 No. For liability reasons, our staff cannot accept or sign for packages, mail, or deliveries on behalf of clients.

Are you pet-friendly?

Absolutely! We love pets, but we do ask that they are secured during the cleaning for their safety and ours.

Are you insured and bonded?

Yes, Kleanova is fully licensed, insured, and bonded for your protection and peace of mind.

What if I'm not satisfied with the service?

If something wasn’t up to standard, let us know within 24 hours, and we’ll make it right with a complimentary re-clean if necessary.

Do you offer recurring cleaning plans?

Yes! We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly recurring cleaning options at discounted rates. Ask us for a custom quote.
