1. Services

Kleanova provides residential and commercial cleaning services as described on our website or as agreed upon in direct communication.

All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at our sole discretion, including in cases of:

• Unsafe or hazardous conditions on-site.

• Unreasonable or abusive behavior toward our staff.

• Inaccessible or misrepresented service locations.

2. Bookings, Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Services must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.

• Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid fees.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service price.

• Failure to provide access to the property at the scheduled time (“no-show” or inaccessible

property) will result in a 100% charge of the service fee.

• Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in termination of service eligibility.

3. Payments

• Payment is due in full upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• We accept payment via credit/debit cards, digital wallets, and approved third-party processors.

• Late payments exceeding 5 business days may incur a 5% late fee per week or the maximum permitted by law.

• You agree to reimburse us for any reasonable costs of collection (including attorney’s fees) in the event of nonpayment.

• To use it only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.

our negligence will be assessed and addressed in good faith, up to a reasonable limit.

• Provide clear and accurate access instructions.

• Secure pets, valuables, and hazardous materials prior to service.

• Notify us of any allergies, sensitivities, or special instructions relevant to the service.

11. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate service to any client who:
